Background

Boston Fieldgate is a niche firm of commercial property advisors based in Warwickshire led by well known property professional Charles Smith. Specialisms include acquisitions, corporate and asset strategy, development, regeneration and disposals.


Objective

Our brief was to develop a new brand identity and accompanying website.


Method

The identity was developed by our design team using well established techniques and working closely with the client. We also produced a full set of brand guidelines.

Website production started with a wireframe so as ensure that all requirements were covered and there was an appropriate hierarchy.

We undertook copywriting – geared to the firm’s key target markets and audiences. The site itself was developed in WordPress so as to ensure easy-editing by the client.


Outcome

Both the new brand and the website have been highly regarded by the firm’s target audiences.
